Diphu, September 20, 2023: The Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council Central Selection Board for Health & Family Welfare (KAAC) has opened the doors to exciting career opportunities in the healthcare sector. 2. Pharmacist (1 Position)
* Educational Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Pharmacy Course from Medical Colleges of Assam and from government-recognized institutes, registered under the Assam Pharmacy Council.
* Scale of Pay: PB-2, Rs. 14,000 - 49,000, with a Grade Pay of Rs. 7,600 per month.

3. Ophthalmic Assistant (1 Position)
* Educational Qualification: Diploma in Ophthalmic Technology passed from a government-recognized institute.
* Scale of Pay: PB-2, Rs. 14,000 - 60,500, with a Grade Pay of Rs. 7,600 per month.

4. Radiographer (1 Position)
* Educational Qualification: Diploma in Radiology passed from a government-recognized institute.
* Scale of Pay: PB-2, Rs. 14,000 - 60,500, with a Grade Pay of Rs. 6,200 per month.

5. Laboratory Technician (5 Positions)
* Educational Qualification: Diploma in Laboratory Technician course passed from a government-recognized institute.
* Scale of Pay: PB-2, Rs. 14,000 - 60,500, with a Grade Pay of Rs. 6,200 per month.

6. ECG Technician (1 Position)
* Educational Qualification: Diploma in ECG Technician from a government-recognized institute.
* Scale of Pay: PB-2, Rs. 14,000 - 60,500, with a Grade Pay of Rs. 5,600 per month.

7. Physiotherapist (1 Position)
* Educational Qualification: Diploma in Physiotherapy from a government-recognized institute.
* Scale of Pay: PB-2, Rs. 14,000 - 60,500, with a Grade Pay of Rs. 7,400 per month.

8. Medical Record Technician (1 Position)
* Educational Qualification: HSSLC (Science) passed with computer knowledge. Preference will be given to candidates with training in Medical Record Technician Training in Government Hospital/Medical College.
* Scale of Pay: PB-2, Rs. 14,000 - 60,500, with a Grade Pay of Rs. 6,200 per month.

9. OT Technician (2 Positions)
 * Educational Qualification: HSSLC (Science) passed/Diploma in OT Technician course from a government-recognized institute.
 * Scale of Pay: PB-2, Rs. 14,000 - 60,500, with a Grade Pay of Rs. 5,600 per month.

10. Dresser (1 Position)
* Educational Qualification: HSSLC (Science) with a diploma in Physician Assistant Course/OT Technician course.
* Scale of Pay: PB-2, Rs. 14,000 - 60,500, with a Grade Pay of Rs. 5,000 per month.

11. Driver (1 Position)
* Educational Qualification: HSLC Passed/Valid Motor Vehicle License (Transport) issued by competent authority.
* Scale of Pay: PB-2, Rs. 14,000 - 60,500, with a Grade Pay of Rs. 5,200 per month.

12. Electrician (1 Position)
  * Educational Qualification: ITI Passed in Electrician from a recognized institute.
  * Scale of Pay: PB-2, Rs. 14,000 - 60,500, with a Grade Pay of Rs. 6,200 per month.

13. Plumber (1 Position)
  * Educational Qualification: ITI Passed in Plumbing from a recognized institute.
  * Scale of Pay: PB-2, Rs. 14,000 - 60,500, with a Grade Pay of Rs. 5,600 per month.

14. OT Attendant (4 Positions)
 * Minimum Qualification: Class VIII passed.
 * Scale of Pay: PB-1, Rs. 12,000 - 52,000, with a Grade Pay of Rs. 3,900 per month.

15. Peon (2 Positions)
  Minimum Qualification: Class VIII passed.
  Scale of Pay: PB-1, Rs. 12,000 - 52,000, with a Grade Pay of Rs. 3,900 per month.

16. Ward Boy (6 Positions)
  Minimum Qualification: Class VIII passed.
  Scale of Pay: PB-1, Rs. 12,000 - 52,000, with a Grade Pay of Rs. 3,900 per month.

17. Ward Girl (6 Positions)
  Minimum Qualification: Class VIII passed.
  Scale of Pay: PB-1, Rs. 12,000 - 52,000, with a Grade Pay of Rs. 3,900 per month.

18. OPD Attendant (2 Positions)
  Minimum Qualifications: Class VIII passed.
  Scale of Pay: PB-1, Rs. 12,000 - 52,000, with a Grade Pay of Rs. 3,900 per month.


19. Chowkidar
   * Number of Posts: 2 (Two)
   * Scale of Pay: PB-1, (₹12,000-₹52,000) + Grade Pay ₹3,900/- per month
   * Educational Qualification: Minimum qualification required is reading up to Class VIII

20. Cleaner
   * Number of Posts: 8 (Eight)
   * Scale of Pay: PB-1, (₹12,000-₹52,000) + Grade Pay ₹3,900/- per month
   * Educational Qualification: Minimum qualification required is reading up to Class VIII

Terms & Conditions:

1. Age Limit: Candidates should be between 18 and 40 years as of 1st January 2023. Age relaxation is applicable as follows:
    5 years for SC/ST candidates (up to 45 years)
    3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates (up to 43 years)
    2 years for Ex-Servicemen (up to 42 years)
    10 years for Persons with Disabilities (PWD) (up to 50 years)

2. Incomplete applications will be rejected.

3. Applications received after the submission deadline, whether by post or hand-delivered, will not be accepted under any circumstances.

4. Selected candidates will be enrolled in the new pension scheme (NPS) 2005 as per government directives.

5. Required documents include self-attested copies of educational certificates, birth certificate, caste certificate, current employment exchange registration number, and two recent passport-size photographs.

6. The authority reserves the right to cancel/reject applications without specifying a reason.

7. Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate application forms.

9. Eligible candidates should apply using the Standard Form of application and include a KAAC money receipt of ₹10/- (for ST/SC) or ₹20/- (for other candidates) as an application fee.

10. Canvassing in any form will result in disqualification.

11. No TA or DA will be provided to candidates by the department.

12. The Competent Authority reserves the right to adjust or reduce the number of posts and to cancel/postpone the interview at any time without providing a reason and without notifying candidates.
