Union Minister Rameshwar Teli's Convoy Meets Accident in Jagiroad
Accident Occurs During Minister's Journey from Guwahati to Kaziranga:
Jagiroad, Assam - November 3, 2023: A convoy carrying Union Minister Rameshwar Teli met with an accident in Jagiroad, situated in the Morigaon district on Friday. The incident occurred while the minister was en route from Guwahati to Kaziranga, marking a distressing turn of events during his journey.

Reports indicate that three individuals, including the driver and bodyguards, sustained injuries in the accident. At this time, more information is being awaited to provide a comprehensive understanding of the incident.

It's worth noting that this is not the first incident involving the convoy of Union Minister Rameshwar Teli. On April 8, a Mahindra Bolero allegedly part of the minister's convoy struck a youth in Dibrugarh, causing serious injuries. The convoy was traveling along a one-way road when the incident occurred. The injured youth, identified as Deepjyoti Bhattacharya from Barman Nagar, is currently receiving treatment at a private nursing hospital in Dibrugarh.

The accident took place in close proximity to the Assam Medical College and Hospital (AMCH), adding to the concern of the incident's location. Deepjyoti Bhattacharya's elder brother spoke to the media and shared, "Locals informed me that my brother was hit by a minister while he was riding his bike."

While incidents of this nature are unfortunate, they emphasize the importance of ensuring safety and adherence to traffic rules, particularly for official convoys. Investigations are expected to shed light on the circumstances leading to the accident and its consequences.

In conclusion, the accident involving Union Minister Rameshwar Teli's convoy in Jagiroad raises questions about road safety and the need for careful handling of official motorcades. As more details emerge, the incident will be subject to further investigation to determine its causes and repercussions.
