Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality: Candidates must be Indian citizens and permanent residents of Assam.
- Age: 18 to 21 years as of 01-01-2023, with age relaxations for certain categories:
- - 5 years for SC, ST (H), and ST (P) candidates
- - 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates
- - Additional relaxation for departmental candidates
- Education: HSLC or equivalent examination passed from a recognized board or council.
- Language: Candidates must speak Assamese or any other state language fluently.
Pay Scale and Allowances
- Pay Scale: Rs. 14,000-60,500/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 5600/- (Pay Band-II)

Selection Procedure
Candidates will undergo Physical Standards Tests (PST) and Physical Efficiency Tests (PET).

PET includes a race, long jump, chin-ups (for males), and a 100-meter race.
